About me

About me

WALKING, I AM LISTENING TO A DEEPER WAY. SUDDENLY ALL MY ANCESTORS ARE BEHIND ME. BE STILL THEY SAY, WATCH AND LISTEN. YOU ARE THE RESULT OF THE LOVE OF THOUSANDS.
— Linda Hogan

I pay my respect to the original custodians of this land now known as Australia, and honour the true leaders; past, present and emerging. I give thanks for this privilege to be born on this sacred ground and I work, rest, play and pray here with reverence to nature as my creator and the earth as my altar.

I too pay homage to my own wise and well ancestors; the Celtic Pagans from the Northern Lands. I honour their ancient relationship to the plants, animals, elements, seasons and cycles. I recognise their magic in me, in the form of ritual, ceremony, dance, music, natural medicine and nature craft. And I carry the torch through these times to support others in the remembering and reclamation of the gifts of their earth worshipping lineage, to be in right relation with all that is, for the greatest good of all.

"As a qualified, experienced and passionate advocate of the ancient healing arts, I employ the most simple and effective practices of ritual, ceremony, movement, music, creativity, food and medicine to summon our innate power and connection to a Healing Source, which is naturally regenerative, an eternal." At the end, as at the beginning, stands the archetypal power of the Divine Feminine - The Goddess. She is our future as she was our past. With her Drum in hand, playing her sacramental rhythms, women can once again take their place in the world as technicians of the sacred. In the pulse of my drum, in the beat of my heart, I erect an altar to her forever

I first heard this song sang by Christine Stevens and naturally added some extra verses because I could hear them coming through. I hope it inspires you to embrace the natural essence of your most authentic voice.
