Returns and Refunds Policy
At Mama White Lion, we want you to love your purchase. While we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, we’re more than happy to help if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing melemaima@gmail.com. Be sure to include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos that show the fault. All items are photographed by our team prior to shipping, and all items are covered by insurance for their total value.
So, if the fault is confirmed, we will need to submit a claim to Australia Post and await their response. Our team will be in communication with you throughout that process. If items are confirmed as damaged in transit, then Australia Post will take the damaged item and provide you with a refund for the full value, including postage.
Please note, we can’t offer returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse or not following the product care instructions.
