You are invited to join me on a 7 week Rhythm Keepers - Sacred Song Circle Training
Every Monday 6:30-8:30pm AEST
Commencing August 10th until September 21st 2026
Learning to use our voices and our drums are powerful resources to maintain a true sense of wellbeing and regulate our own nervous system, as well as that of our family and the environment around us. You will not only learn how to utilise the drum, voice activation practices and sacred songs for your own personal benefit, healing and evolution, but you will also experience a template and method for weaving the magic of medicine into your own circles or holding and leading song circles of your own.
For those of you with plenty of experience with Drumming and/or singing, you will have this precious opportunity to delve into a regular weekly practice with a group set to journey with intention and marvel at how this seemingly simple resource can have phenomenal ripple effects in your life. This will also give you an experiential education into a formula for holding your own song circle sessions privately or professionally.
This annual offering will guide us with somatic intentions, sonic prayers, and elemental reciprocity through the darkness of Winter towards the time of renewal and rebirth at Spring Equinox. Regardless of what calls you to this sonic embodiment journey, you will complete the circle feeling so much more confident and capable of sharing music medicine publicly, with friends, family, clients and community.
We will be a closed circle for the duration of that time, to provide a strong sense of safety and support as we dive deeper into these practices and emerge from the cocoon with a brand new set of skills, beliefs, experiences, connections, songs and ceremonial integration tools to support us with our life's work and purpose.
Our previous 2 immersions were so potent, and every one of the 42 participants felt the multifaceted benefits of committing and showing up in this circle and space. It not only offers a safe place to drop in and connect, practice, grow and shine, it also becomes an essential moment for each of us each week to take a sacred pause together and return to our hearts' compass.

Cost: To claim your place in the circle, you will be required to make a commitment contribution of $333.
