Important Information to Note
I (Mele) will respond personally via email to confirm your order and advise the actual total costs (including postage and insurance, if applicable) for your custom creation. Your commitment contribution of $100 (charged today) will be deducted from your total costs.
All orders are officially processed once a non-refundable commitment contribution is received and you have confirmed via written email your acceptance of the total order cost (including postage and insurance, if applicable).
You will be notified once your order is being prepared so you can finalise your contribution. And the tracking number will be sent out as soon as it's on its way to you.
I am based in the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia. If you are local you are also welcome to arrange to collect your creation in person.

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Mama White Lion, we want you to love your purchase. While we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, we’re more than happy to help if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing melemaima@gmail.com. Be sure to include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos that show the fault. All items are photographed by our team prior to shipping and all items are covered by insurance to their total value.
So, if the fault is confirmed, we will need to submit a claim to Australia Post and await their response. Our team will be in communication with you throughout that process. If items are confirmed as damaged in transit then Australia Post will take the damaged item and provide you with a refund to the full value including postage.
Please note, we can’t offer returns or refunds for items damaged due to misuse or not following the product care instructions.
